    It looks OK. As long as there are no gaps in it that would allow air into the house, then it is acceptable.

    My main concern would be: How is that ledger secured to the wall structure?

    Nails? A no-no.

    Lag screws? Not the best idea either.

    Through bolts? Now you are talking.

    While you cannot see what was used from the outside any longer, if it was through bolted, you will see the trough bolts inside. If you see nothing, chances are it is only nailed up.

    Souldn't that top edge of the moisture barrier be beneath the thermo shield and not on top of it?
