Re: anyone know the siding manuf
Thanks but it is not a james hardi product that far back. I suspect it is one of the big boys that had class action law suits against them: Masonite X-90, Abitibi Price perhaps, GP maybe. I have seen it around a few times just don't know who made it.

Re: anyone know the siding manuf
Barry,
Thanks for the good info and pics. But Masonite Omni-Wood siding came after Masonite X-90 siding which is the early stuff with the suit. I know most suits have expired and the claims period for a home of this age (22 years) is probably past as well. I was just hoping to be able to tell my client something definative.

Re: anyone know the siding manuf
If you really want to know remove a piece and there should be a Manufacture stamp on back.
Taking out a piece is not to hard.
Is there some reason you need to know the Manufacture ?
