Depends on wall condition. If eroded, then I recommend pointing or replace spalled bricks.
For that wall once the water stops hitting it, the wall should be fine. As you eluded to, a basic comment would be 'redirect sprinkler heads and point wall areas as determined'. The ground slope looks pretty good from the pic so I doubt the concrete foundation will suck up much. You could always recommend painting the concrete wall but there are various schools of thought. I also have no idea about conditions in your area so ...
