    Default Hanger House

Here's and interesting home I inspected. It's called a hanger house. Located in a residential aviation park where homes line the runway and have hangers attached to house their plane.

    Lot's of roof area.

Adds an entirely different dimension to commuting to work.
And yes there are those that do. I have a cousin that flew to work.

Did you test that door with your handy 2X4 block?

Too bad they call that a hanger house. 'Air field house' would sound a bit more posh.

Since so many upper-end community CC&Rs around here do not allow overnight parking in the driveway, I'd think they would not be allowed to park the plane in the driveway (planeway? flyway? airway?).

Yup, I've seen that before in Lino Lakes, MN. They call it the AirPark.
