The property inspection checklist is the information that inspector will check during the inspection. Here's what a typical exterior property inspection checklist provides
- Foundation and under-floor areas including basement, masonry, floor framing system, and under-floor ventilation.
- Vegetation, yard, and landscape
- Drainage including gutters and downspouts
- Driveways, walkways, sidewalks, and garage.
- Decks, patios, porches, balconies, stairs, and railings.
- Rooftop including roof coverings and chimneys
- Wall, sidings, trim, paint, and caulking
- Exterior windows and doors, including their frames and hinges
