FOAM BOARD / STUCCO OVER RESIDENTIAL SIDING
I dont know much about this type application. Is there a requirement for plywood/OSB on the exterior walls in florida? This house is the first I have have seen. The stucco wire lath was rusting in several areas along the bottom and has cracked the stucco etc. I can feel the foam when I reach ndeer the bottom edge. Should this be wrapped or filled with something?

It should be wrapped with laborers removing it and the void filled with a viable cladding material. Espceially in Florida . . .
