Pink Vapor Barrier

Hi,
I got a general contractor in my area who bought 5000 rolls of a pink vapor barrier (polyethylene thickness 6 mils) from USA and his telling us that this product is approved in Canada? Any one knows that product? I look at Owens Corning web site, and found nothing similar. Our vapor barrier has to be conform to the CGSB-51-34-M or CGSB-51-33-M
