    Default Dishwasher hole

What do you think about punching a hole through the subfloor like this to tie the waste drain from the dishwasher to the waste plumbing and the electrical?

    Thanks,

    Ryan

Besides nothing else being right about it, that hole also needs to be sealed and fireblocked.

I don't think much about calling defects, plumbing (health) hazards and shoddy workmanship what they are.

I'm guessing you also likely have issues of where that dishwasher drain terminates, as in high loop or air gap above the trap.
