    1 1/2 minimum (wall to inside of the rail)
    4 1/2 maximum (wall to outside of rail)

    Alright.... what's going on Brian???

    I was unable to upload the same file that Jim posted due to the size. Jim's .pdf file was downloaded to my computer with 1.18MB space-- that's still too large do upload.

    What gives, how come that file (1.18) uploaded and wasn't too large??
