builder: not a problem
Builder told buyers they don't need to go in there anyway.
This is in the basement bathroom, right in front of the shower. The place they "don't need to go" is under the basement stairs where the sewage pump is located.

Re: builder: not a problem
The builder is an idiot for two counts:
1 - the location of the light fixture
2 - that stupid statement
They're wrong and screwed up. Just admit it, fix it, and move on. How did the buyer feel about the builder's take on that?
