    I don't see a "window", I see as "screened porch" as you described.

    Screen enclosure framing, stiles (verticals) and rails (horizontals), with greater than 30 inches to the ground below and no guard.

    I also see an overhead service drop which looks like it is too close to the porch "opening" (would be okay if that were a fixed window, but it is just a screen).

    There should be a railing there. Or is there glass in the bottom. I would still question the lateral strenght of the frame. And height of the glass... safety glass, etc.
