Those types of doors typically have a cheap plastic frame that supports and holds the glass in place. I've seen many of them deteriorated from UV exposure. Most likely the plastic frame would quickly melt allowing the glass to fall out.

The proper way to refer to that is a 20 minute rated door.

The 20 minutes isn't the burn rate, rather it is the minimum protection time under the test conditions.

Also, the 20 minute rated door is not a requirement, it is just one of the options for that door.
