I agree! Most would have just set the countertop on what was available and left...these guys went the extra mile to ensure everything was level.

I am surprised that it was installed at all. If installed by the fabricator then there must have been one hell of a disclaimer of any responsibility for the installation by the installer. Probably that they were not even there that day and they do not even exist. Most would have walked (ran) away from that job.
