    Union job. Stop was put in first by stop specialist. Then wrong size door was installed by the next. Being an union job they could not talk to each other other than through Shop Steward and he was on a break.

    It also creates jobs for the drywall crew, so it's all good.

    I don't see what the complaint is .. do you realize how skilled that worker must have been to so precisely align the side of the spring with the edge of the door?

    Most installers miss that by several inches.

    Definitely a deal blower! If I were the purchaser I would be asking for an adjustment on the sale price.
