    I know this was a recent post but I was unable to locate it. What are some of your favorite moisture meters.

    I like this brand. Worked well for me.
    Electrophysics Moisture Meters

    Don't get pinless. They don't work on stippled ceilings, which is where you'll find most of the stains.
