Re: "C" Drywall
Rick, I am in Ft Myers Fl now, pretty much the epicenter for C drywall. This is a no brainer, although 2003 a little early, all the classic signs are there in your pictures. Did you smell the "sulfer smell" throughout the house at all.

Re: "C" Drywall
A lady and her mother live there.
The mother said she sometimes smells an unusual oder.
I did not smell anything.

Owner called me last week, asking about drywall made in China.
I told him what to look for.
He wanted me to take photos and document what I found.
He is hoping to get some kind of compensation from someone.

I have read about it, but not seen it here.

Just so there is no misunderstanding,
I did not charge him for anything.

I've heard/read that it probably goes back to 2000.

Re: "C" Drywall
Thats what I also heard Jerry. The stuff my contacts have found here, Cape Coral and Naples seems to be all 2006, but I also have heard 2007 has been found in certain areas of the country. Probably directly related to how long the stuff sat around. In Florida at that time due to the building boom, and hurricanes the stuff probably did not sit here long. I have been wondering if the drywall will become evident in places like Arizona and New Mexico, they were experiencing a building boom there too at the same time. But, since the dry climate there, and this in Florida seems to get worse with humidity, will it show itself in the drier climates a few years down the road.
