Fire the Plumber
We did this one last week, owner complained about toilet sagging in a new bathroom addition. The GC crawled under and said he didn't see anything that would cause the toilet to sag. Maybe he had "blinders" on.

Re: Fire the Plumber
What's the problem? This "Engineered Spacing" around the waste pipe increases the ventilation around the waster pipe, and keeps the pipe from sweating. This was also why floor insulation has been ommitted.

Remember to thank God, in your prayers tonight, for contractors and subs like these. Without them we home inspectors might be working at Walmart.
