Jack,

Thats a great picture.

If I think the air flow is poor, I'll place a paper towel against the vent just to show the client the air flow is not as it should be.

I do the same thing as suggested. I place a piece of paper (usually my field note sheet) up against the filter to check the draw...

How about when you see these things and just become speechless or how to even express it in a report?

How many issues are present in this picture?

Rick,

I'm surprised Bubba didn't install a rotissierie behind the fireplace. Heat the house and BBQ a hog at the same time!

I see the washer hookups are conveniently located beside the open-air fireplace. Is there also a clothesline near the fireplace for rapid inside drying? These are features the agent should point out in the MLS and flyer.

Rick,

Truly a Master of DYI. Hope he only recorded FP and electrical episodes. I see why Jim L.
stays on his side of lake.

Billy,

This was on the opposite side of the lake. Not near Jim either. Closer to the Ft. Worth area.

Rick,

That's almost priceless and more evidence of the spreading of Grove-Rat infestations

They appear in Colleyville also

I didn't have to look very close at this one it gassed me on the way up the attic stairs. How do you spell "No contest divorce"
