    Default Burner

My client and I were curious about the use of this burner on range top. The burner has a small piece in middle that can press in.

Seems that I remember something similar on OLD ranges from the 60's that had something similar billed as the "burner with a brain".

Temperature sensor in a cast iron burner. Common in the 80's as well.

Temp sensor is correct, very common older units.
