The Faulty Air Gap
This may be a repost, I don't know.
A seller emailed it to me after they researched what an air gap was. They thought it was funny.
Turn up the volume a bit.

Do you suppose they really perform these types of repairs during inspections in San Jose? If so, I think I'll hire a CREIA inspector to do a pre-inspection of my house. Lots of things for them to repair here.
