    Default Castle Inspection Insurance Inspections

Has anybody done any insurance inspections (residential and commercial) for Castle Inspections (Overland Solutions)? If you have - was it a good or bad experience? It does not appear to be overly difficult! It looks like if you could do 6-8 in a day in the same area it might not be a bad deal.

Although not for CAstle, I do insurance inspections. It's a good experience, and if you have nothing else doing it's just ok.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy doing the inspections. Residential, Commercial, Workmen's Comp. Anything from a two family to a multi level apartment bldg, a factory, etc.

All of my inspections are in a basic area. On a day that I hustle, I can do about 14 inspections. For the pay, it would be good except it take 2-3 days to do the reports. If I didn't enjoy the work I wouldn't do it.

The folks are real nice and I've never had a problem getting paid.

Thanks Steve! I am going to give it a try. I have 11 lined up in one area.

The hardest thing was to learn not to include too much info. If they have boiler plates of their narratives, take a copy ( the appropriate one) with you on the inspection. They really don't look for too much info, but when you try to write up the report, missing info can drive you crazy!
