New Jersey Inspector
Hi Guys, My daughter put in an offer on a house in Stafford Twp, New Jersey and it looks like it will be accepted. Of course I will fly up from Florida to be present for the buyer's inspection. But I don't want to be responsible for the inspection. What I need is the name of a qualified inspector to do the inspection. I promise that I won't be a pain in the a__
know it all. And the inspector can report back to this site if I am :-).
Also, in that area of the country what test are recommended.
The home was build in 1995. Does New Jersey license inspectors.
Thanks for input and referrals.
