There are a lot of legal programs available for your computer which have sub-contractor agreements they are very good also try googling "sub-contractor agreements.

You may want to try legalzoom.com they have a lot of resources and contracts that you can buy that are suitable for your state.
You may also want to talk to your CPA regarding any tax implications. If it is a 1099 contractor, they better be a contractor, not an employee. Otherwise you can get blasted by the IRS for not paying enough payroll taxes.
If it will be an actual employee relationship, again your CPA might be the best person to talk to.
