    I have another tool that could be used at a presentation. I call it my "Hush the Realtor" tool as I'm talking to my client.

    Nice mace Rick. They just don't make them like that anymore. Mine has a cheap plastic handle and rubber spikes. Nobody cares about quality anymore.
