    You might ask over at The Inspection Journal, a forum primarily dedicated to Washington state inspectors. Home Inspector Forums, News, Resources, Education and Events

    Looking at the website it just appears to be a home inspector training school that created their own certification. And by school I mean one guy who has figured out it is more profitable to teach home inspections than to perform them.
