Same here. We now have to actively block out one day a week, just to maintain our sanity. I think our next opening is the middle of next week. What's nice is that we're seeing the big, expensive houses selling again, and are also doing lots more new construction inspections.

38 Inspections for the month of April and I take Sundays off. I've also turned away 24 inspection because I didn't have an opening within their contingency period. Best it's been since 2009.

Business is phenomenal. BUT, a word of caution. When I did a TV interview last week, the reporter told me that she had heard that inspectors were so busy that they were cutting corners doing inspections.

If that's true.......DON'T BE ONE OF THOSE INSPECTORS!

    Holy cows Charlie?

Is that those Swiss kind of cows?

Just kidding here. Jan, Feb, March and then most of April have been my busiest months in a very long long time. Now last years Nov and December were pretty bad though.

Did you tell the reporter you had heard there are some reporters who will sensationalize issues to make their stories sound more juicy?

    Doing 50 + a month and getting 1 round a week in...
MY handicap has gone from 14 last year to 8 this year...
Also already booked a trip to Las Vegas for later this year including a round at Shadow Creek..

    We don't have slow months...
Then again, we don't really have winters.
