Another Insurance Post
My insurance is up for renewal. So far OREP seems to be the “cheapest” at around $1,500 which is about half of what my provider wants to renew (never had a claim). I wanted to look at insurance per inspection verses year-round coverage and I can’t find one of the described providers. Also any comments on OREP?
Thanks

Unless you do very few inspections/year, it will be cheaper to get a standard policy.

Re: Another Insurance Post
I received a few quotes from the insurance compnies mentioned on here. OREP seems to be pretty reasonable comparing apples to apples.
I was thinking of the 300/300 E&O and genral liability.
