Referral Rewards - InspectionNews

Just curious if any of you do some sort of referral rewards program for past clients with any success, and if so how you are going about doing it? I am seeing this more and more in the inspection industry and in my opinion it makes sense to generate more leads from past clients. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Nope, nothing but a quality job. I do give a discount for my client for repeat customers. Check your regulations, here it is illegal to pay for referrals without formally disclosing the amount of the referral fee and to whom it was paid.
Just stinks to me, it does not pass the smell test.

Same here in Oregon... no paying for leads or giving kickbacks or anything of that sort.
