Default Aluminum (?) to copper SEC splice

This one's new to me. Unknown material SEC to panel and then spliced within panel to #2 copper. Trying to determine ampacity of mains. I think its 60 amp but will await the experts. I am "assuming" SECs are aluminum up to the splice given the age of the outer jacket.

Copper #2 SEC is indicative of a 125 Amp service. Need to know what gauge aluminum is?

If you are unable to determine the conductor material, that is how I would report it! Don't guess.
