Default The 3-way that not suppose to be a dimmer

Doesn't anyone out there think its possible for a 3-way switch not to lose
complete contact with the previous contact pole.

Meaning it still connected, but poorly, keeping the light on, but now the light bulb look like it dim down in brightnes.

Thanks for your recent Post. "You mean like a 3-way dimmer."

    But, no.
