Default Ungrounded exterior receptacle outlet on a circuit protected by a GFCI breaker OK?

Is an existing ungrounded exterior receptacle outlet mounted in a compliant outlet box allowed if it is protected by a GFCI breaker?

    - Thanks

Is it a 2 slot or 3-slot receptacle?

Is 'no equipment ground' labeling required as it would be indoors? I'm thinking yes and am almost feeling dumb for asking.
