Early FP?
Saw this yesterday. I have never seen this name on a panel before. Anyone else seen these?

FPE used several names over the years. Federal Pioneer (in Canada, I think), Stab-Lok, NoArc, all sorts of different names. Like Bruce said, still pretty much the same design.
