    Default Electrical upgrade

    The home was built in 1963. The home owners did a service upgrade, without a permit and the city caught them. An electrician came in and finished the upgrade.

    Those pics are giving me a headache. I wonder if the homeowner got back in there after the electrician left? That duct tape is an interesting touch.
