    What is this? It was found in a condo that was built in 1970 next to a receptacle.

    Maybe a filler insert to adapt a duplex receptacle cover over to a hole for a cable for the TV?

    What did you see when you looked in the hole? You did look didn't you. Digital dilema. Too easy to take a pic. You should have looked.
    You would might either see a cable or a antennae hookup but I wasn't there
