Default disp + DW on double pole breaker

This is the first time I've seen this. The dishwasher and disposal are on a multi wire circuit like we usually see. However, in this case, instead of two individual single pole breakers, they are connected to a double pole breaker with a common trip (normally seen on 240v circuits). The breaker takes up two spaces on the bus so each item is fed by a different phase. They share a neutral in the NM 14/3 cable.

In my own mind I believe this is acceptable but I just want to make sure.

    Is it ok?
