    Default Blue copper wires

New construction today. Opened the main panel and first thing I saw was all of the exposed copper I can see has a blue tint to it. On the main lugs it is very faint, but the grounds and neutrals are very dark blue, plus the #4 copper (ground) was blue also. Looking up toward where the wires enter the panel, I can see nice fresh copper, but most everyrthing else is blue.

No signs of melting or arcing in the panel , on the wire insulation, or on the breakers.

Any ideas of what may have caused this? I know how I'm reporting it, but I'm curious as to what caused it.

Most like a neutral or ground problem in the service or at the transformer.
