    Is there a minimal or standard height for an electrical meter?

    Depends ... but for your area:

    - - 4 feet high minimum and 6 feet maximum - to center of meter

    This is set by the power company. Other conditions regarding where the meter can be mounted will also vary. This is not an NEC issue.

    All answers based on unamended National Electrical codes.
