    Default Bonding and grounding requirements.

Here is an image where the pipes grounding conductivity is clearly broken just above grade.

What are pipe bonding and grounding requirements?
What are the grounding electrode connection requirements to the pipe?
Can mechanical equipment be bonded in this case?

    Robert,

Unfortunately, the link for your pic does not work. Doesn't seem to be at my end, so maybe the image did not upload correctly.
