    The box litself looks like an exterior J-box, but that light fixture is designed to be flush mounted with the surface, with a recessed box in the wall. They do make gasketed, two-head light fixtures for an exterior surface mounted box, but that ain't it.

    I'd say you have a square peg and a round hole there! Obviously not weatherproof the way it is.

    I like the romex wire. How's that connected in a weatherproof/weathertight manner to the top of that JB?

    Tim,

    It's one of those newer push-and-snap in clamps (at least that's what it looks like to me), and, of course, ... they are not weather proof ...

    Jeez, at least they could have installed that up from the bottom, so rain would drain out.
