Re: Point of attachment for service-drop conductors
First photo:
- No flashing where mast penetrates roof.
Second photo:
- Neutral (grounded conductor) coming out of mast/weather head to overhead service drop appears smaller than other conductors, looks to be a lot smaller.
- Minimum height of lowest conductor (including drip loop) above the roof is 18"
- Maximum roof crossed is 4'.
- Maximum conductor length crossing roof is 6' (allows for diagonal length increase over the 4 foot roof area being crossed).
- Roof area being crossed is the overhang only (mast is on exterior wall, going up on the outside of the exterior wall).
Those should work for starters in those photos.

Re: Point of attachment for service-drop conductors
Mast boot flashing is covered.
Modified roof was poorly applied. Amateur mistakes throughout.
Thanks for drip-loop/roof deck height/clearance requirements.
I will review the neutral.

Re: Point of attachment for service-drop conductors
If that's a service feed ahead of the meter, you would need to check the utility's requirements--the NEC doesn't govern them.
