When it comes to electrical safety, "vintage" is NOT a good thing!

I might go for the furnace listed directly above though. For only $150, it appears to come complete with a mobile home. (?)

The ad above it is even a better deal.

You get a gas furnace in a mobile home for only 150.00.

Can't beat that price on a mobile home.

Guess they don't know about this:
- R104.9 Approved materials and equipment. Materials, equipment and devices approved by the building official shall be constructed and installed in accordance with such approval.
- - R104.9.1 Used materials and equipment. Used materials, equipment and devices shall not be reused unless approved by the building official.

Does the $200.00 come with the panel?

I think I will suggest to a friend who owns a bakery to sell day-old bread as "vintage" and up the price.

The 423 area code is outside the Knoxville area. The price MAY include the mobile home too.

Actually I can't take credit. I forwarded the real estate ad to my wife, who posted it on her urbanism list-serv, and received the above reply. The internet is a wonderful thing.
