Electrical service connected to old building
The electrical service is attached to the remnants of the old building that was torn down to build the new structure. This towering pile of bricks is not attached to the new building. What do you think of this?
Granted, this construction is in Jersey City, NJ where I witnessed someone pruning their tree the other day with a circular saw while standing on the top step of a 6-foot ladder.

The problem is not the electrical service, the problem is that that wall is not allowed to stand there all alone like that!
