Honey did you turn off the power before changing the breaker?

To clarify the picture, in case it isn't obvious, the metal bracket that pulls the contacts out has come loose at the rivet. So, not only does the power not shut off, but the metal bracket swings into the main fuse while your hand is touching the arm. Pretty nifty huh?

I found the same thing. Other electrical problems in there too.
