Default Separation between Breaker panel and hose bib?

Is there any requirement for a certain distance between a hose bib and a breaker panel? I inspected a house with an exterior panel and a hose bib directly adjacent to it. It certainly breaks the common sense rule...but then again, common sense is not that common.

As long as the hose bibb is not 'above' the panel, of course, though, that would be common sense too ... but 'that' is also code.
