Default 2 Panels in a closet converted garage

This one went over my head.

Panel on the left 200 amp main Set for the home Interior. Bonded

Panel on the right 225 amp main set up for the pool house, AC, Carport. not bonded.

Location interior of a converted garage in a wall closet behind a painting.

The Service is from a Large solar system down the hill from the home 5000 S.Q. Foot home.

Everything points to a non permitted job.

photo # 9516 220 amp panel on left

    What do you think.

    Explain "bonded".

Do you mean 'the neutral is bonded to ground' and 'neutral is not bonded to ground'?

Or do you mean the enclosures are, or are not, bonded to ground?

Thanks HG. Good info... These panels and the complete system has no permit. After talking to the buyers agent he told me that the seller had stated these little facts along with the complete Garage convertion...

Don't for this from the title to the thread: "2 Panels in a closet".
