reportable defect?
Does this loose conductor on this attic furnace look like a reportable defect?

Ron, are you referring to the low-voltage multi-colored thermostat wiring? If so, the only thing I mention about them is that they look sloppy but they get no mention in my reports.

Gunnar, I tell people it looks worse than what it is and it is of no consequence to leave it the way it is. Verbal explanation, no mention in the report.
