High Line Power Wires
I inspected a home like the one below in this same neighborhood last year and commented on how close the power wires were to the side of the roof structure.

Not one person acted like they had a bit of concern.

I bet their attitude changed after the winds blown these lines loose and they came in the contact with the roof. This happened just a few weeks ago during severe winds.
