Service ground question
Service panel with 2 ground wires. Could not locate them on the inside. (ufer or water pipe) They have a gound rod but is it not connected. Any thoughts.

First, both go UP, so it looks like at least one goes to the interior panel, which makes sense, but it also looks like the other one goes with the feeders too, which does not make sense.

Also, that does not look like a ground rod, that looks like a plain old piece of rebar sticking up out of the ground.

Re: Service ground question
Jerry,
It was a piece of rebar. Thanks. There was a ufer inside the garage hidden behind a bunch of junk. That was fun moving all that crap.
