That liquid tight should have gone into the wood.

No stone shown, but if similar, answer would be the same.

Either that, or stub out with conduit and adapt over to that liquid tight.

Not good what I see (or at least what I think I see) in your second photo.

Do those liquid tight conduit run down into the ground? Hope not. If yes, I'll explain why they should not.

The 'proper' way would be to stub out a piece of conduit, install an SLB, and come out the bottom of the SLB with the liquid tight, but, and I can't see it good enough to say it's not good, it 'could be' done like is in the photo ... could be, maybe. Just need to make sure it is sealed at this point, simply because we do not know how it was done.

Be that as it may, when the disconnects are relocated from behind the a/c condenser unit (unless there is 36" between the front of the disconnect and the condenser unit), that would be a good time to 'do it correctly' with a piece of conduit and an SLB.

Are those 'dryer vents' sealed up around the refrigerant lines?

Where is the low voltage wiring, not *in* those liquid tight raceways, I hope.

Jerry,

It looks like the T-wiring is taped around the outside of the refrigerant line insulation.

We're seeing those dryer vents used for the refrigerant line penetrations quite a bit around here. Some of the AHJ are allowing them.

I'm thinking that is one of the refrigerant lines as it goes to the dryer.
