The 'proper' way would be to stub out a piece of conduit, install an SLB, and come out the bottom of the SLB with the liquid tight, but, and I can't see it good enough to say it's not good, it 'could be' done like is in the photo ... could be, maybe. Just need to make sure it is sealed at this point, simply because we do not know how it was done.
Be that as it may, when the disconnects are relocated from behind the a/c condenser unit (unless there is 36" between the front of the disconnect and the condenser unit), that would be a good time to 'do it correctly' with a piece of conduit and an SLB.
Are those 'dryer vents' sealed up around the refrigerant lines?
Where is the low voltage wiring, not *in* those liquid tight raceways, I hope.
