*IF* that ground lug is attached at the proper location in that enclosure, and it looks like it is not. There looks to be a raised dome with a flat top, most likely with a screw hole in the center of it, just to the right of the neutral terminal bar, this is where the ground terminal 'should be' (if I am seeing correctly) attached.

If that were the case, and *if* that ground terminal was rated for 2 equipment ground conductors, then okay - but - not all of those smaller single terminals are rated for 2 equipment ground conductors.

It would be better and safer to have just installed a multiple terminal lug in the correct location. That would also eliminate any questions raised by this installation.
